We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Personal Assistant to provide safe and efficient transportation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers while maintaining a professional demeanour. This role requires strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
Safely transport passengers to their designated locations while adhering to all traffic regulations. Communicate effectively with passengers to ensure their needs are met during transit. . Assist passengers with heavy luggage or equipment, demonstrating a commitment to customer service. Keep accurate records of journeys undertaken, including mileage and any incidents that occur during transit. Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to optimise routes and improve service efficiency. Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety standards are met.
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
