About the job:

Join our small team as a personal assistant to the director. Working in person with flexible hours in our glasgow office and remotely.

Location: Glasgow city centre - full time, flexi and hybrid

No previous experience is needed but artistic and computer skills are a bonus.

Salary: Starting at 25,000 depending on experience.

We at CCI are looking for a jack of all trades who can think independently and pick up new skills on the go. This job requires social media knowhow and a marketing mindset. One day you may be helping with a podcast and the next creating a social media plan for the week.

Your Role and Responsibilities: Personal Assistant.

??Keeping the Director on track and ensure he actually does his work (this will be the hardest job). ??Travel booking. ??Life admin. ??Work diary upkeeps and email monitoring. ??Assisting in tasks when asked.
Skills we are looking for:

??Exceptionally organised and able to keep others on schedule and delivering. ??Proficient with computers and programs such as OBS, Canva, Photoshop, and scheduling software. ??Experience with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, and how to best utilise their ad capabilities. ??Able to work independently on projects from concept to completion and come up with ideas independently. ??Being able to drive would be a plus but not needed.
