Our mission is simple: to make financial protection clear, accessible, and easy for everyday families. We're now looking for a talented, creative and driven Personal Brand & Digital Content Manager to work directly with our CEO, Michael Mulholland, and help grow his personal brand alongside our company brands. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building a major online presence from the ground up.
The Role
This is not a typical social media role. You will be responsible for:
Growing the personal brand of our CEO
Creating engaging content across social media
Building awareness and trust in our brands
Turning content into real business results
You will work closely with our CEO Michael to capture, create and distribute high-quality video and digital content that educates UK families about protecting their income and their future.
What You'll Be Doing
Content Creation
Filming and editing short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Producing long-form YouTube videos
Creating engaging social media posts and captions
Turning ideas and conversations into high-impact content
Repurposing long videos into multiple short clips
Social Media Management
Managing and growing profiles on:
TikTok
Instagram
YouTube
LinkedIn
Scheduling and posting daily content
Responding to comments and messages
Tracking trends and identifying new content opportunities
Strategy & Performance
Helping plan weekly content calendars
Tracking analytics and performance
Measuring engagement, reach, and website traffic
Continuously improving content based on results
Brand Support
Supporting both company brands (Private Sick Pay & Daddy Insurance)
Capturing customer stories and testimonials
Creating internal and external marketing content
Helping build a consistent online presence
What We're Looking For
This role is perfect for someone who is:
Creative and highly organised
Confident with video filming and editing
Passionate about social media and digital content
Comfortable working directly with a CEO
Data-driven and results-focused
Proactive and full of ideas
Essential Skills
Experience creating and editing video content
Strong knowledge of:
TikTok
Instagram
YouTube
LinkedIn
Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar)
Good eye for design and branding
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills
Experience with personal branding
Basic graphic design skills
Understanding of analytics and social media insights
Marketing or digital media background
