Part Time Job in the Appleby Area.
Are you the person we are looking for, would you like a rewarding job with flexibility.
We are looking for someone who is confident, caring, and reliable, to provide respite activities to our 6-year-old daughter. The role will include helping to take her outside to enjoy her hobbies, for walks, trips to the park etc. Helping with dressing, feeding and toileting needs.
The working days are flexible and can be discussed with the family.
The successful applicant will take the time to get to know our daughter as she is non-verbal, first working alongside mum and then taking sole charge once a bond has been established, being consistently reliable is a must to build that bond.
Full UK Driving License with access to own car would be preferable.
The position is subject to an enhanced DBS check (fully funded by the Employer). Applicants who have a current DBS on the update service would be an advantage.
Experience in childcare is essential, and experience of special educational needs is desirable.
This is a fully employed position with holiday entitlements and the option to join a Pension Scheme.
