An elderly lady living just outside

Greenlaw

is looking for a caring and thoughtful

Personal Assistant

to provide gentle support with her morning routine and daily wellbeing.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities



Assist with

personal care

, including showering, dressing, and light skin-care Offer

prompting and guidance

while she gets ready for the day Support with simple

morning exercises

to maintain mobility and comfort Provide friendly

companionship and conversation

to start the day positively

Person Specification



Personal Qualities



Thoughtful, kind and patient Reliable and trustworthy Able to use initiative while respecting the client's independence and agency Comfortable providing personal care and friendly social interaction

Skills & Experience



Previous experience in a care or support role is welcome but not essential An understanding, or willingness to learn, about tailoring 1 to 1 support is appreciated

Terms



Hours:

5 hours per week

, approximately

1 hour per day

, starting between

8:30 and 9:15am

Start Date:

Early November

Pay Rate:

13.70 per hour

Holiday Entitlement:

5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata

Travel/Mileage:
