An elderly lady living just outside
Greenlaw
is looking for a caring and thoughtfulPersonal Assistant
to provide gentle support with her morning routine and daily wellbeing.Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Assist with
personal care
, including showering, dressing, and light skin-care Offerprompting and guidance
while she gets ready for the day Support with simplemorning exercises
to maintain mobility and comfort Provide friendlycompanionship and conversation
to start the day positivelyPerson Specification
Personal Qualities
Thoughtful, kind and patient Reliable and trustworthy Able to use initiative while respecting the client's independence and agency Comfortable providing personal care and friendly social interaction
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a care or support role is welcome but not essential An understanding, or willingness to learn, about tailoring 1 to 1 support is appreciated
Terms
Hours:
5 hours per week
, approximately1 hour per day
, starting between8:30 and 9:15am
Start Date:
Early November

Holiday Entitlement:
5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata
Travel/Mileage:
