Job Description
A lady living in Roxburgh, 10 mins from Kelso and Ancrum, is looking for a cheerful and friendly person to join her small team as a personal assistant. The role is flexible in regard to days and times but the PA would be expected to support the lady by preparing meals/drinks, prompt medication and support with general household management tasks. As the client has 2 house cats that she needs a little help to look after anyone with a cat allergy would not be suitable for this role.
Terms:
Hours per week: up to 9 hours
Hours of work: Flexible to be discussed with the employer
13.20 per hour.
Paid annual leave entitlement of 5.6 weeks pro rata
Probationary period of 3 months
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
To support client on to ensure their safety and well-being.
To support with personal care needs such as supporting with laundry.
To support with general care needs including preparing nutritious meals that can be re-heated.
To maintain a general cleanliness and tidiness of the client's equipment and surroundings
To support client with some home management.
To develop a positive relationship with the client
