across Brechin, Montrose, Forfar, Arbroath, and Tealing.

Type:

Full-time/Part-time,

Salary:

starts with 12.67 per hour (more after the probationary period), paid from hours stated on the rota, not just per time spent at a client, without loss of time up to 72 hours after sudden admission to hospital.

Start Date:

Immediate start available

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and minimal housekeeping Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals Help with mobility, transferring, and medication prompting Maintain accurate care records and report to senior staff/management as needed Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential) Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping others Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and adaptable with work hours Own transport and driving licence (preferred but not essential) Willing to join the PVG scheme and register with the SSSC
