To provide support for a 6-year-old little boy who has Autism and Worster-Drought Syndrome, which is a form of Cerebral Palsy.
Main Duties
We are currently looking to recruit a Support Worker to enable this little boy to access social and leisure activities in the community. He will require constant supervision as he has no danger awareness, along with support with his social skills and regulation of his behaviour. Guidance and instructions need to be kept brief so that he can process these and more easily understand. Some personal care is also required as he wears pull-up nappies, however, please encourage him to use the toilet as he is making some progress in this area.

Hours
6 hours per week during all school holiday weeks.
Rate of pay
13.74 per hour.
Holidays are 5.6 weeks per year, pro-rata.
Out of pocket expenses will be met by the employer.

Car driver essential and must have business insurance.
