I am looking for a friendly individual for 13 hours a week (could possibly become more in future) I have Autism, Chung Jansen Syndrome (where symptoms include obesity, body dismorphia and mental health issues) Asthma and Obstructive Sleep Apnea.



I absolutely love dogs, football and am a big Newcastle United fan.



The support I am looking for someone that understands autism. Help with day to day living activities such as going to clubs, shopping, domestic cooking and maybe some walking (especially if there is a dog!) etc. Also a Personal hygiene call once a day would have to be included in these hours

Support needed:

Support to manage diet and make healthy eating choices Going for walks and light exercise for weight loss Support to keep on top of household chores Ensuring physical and mental safety Support and encouragement to attend groups and make friends in the community Shower, Dress and Dry
