Support needs description.
I am an adult who has special needs to lead as normal a life as possible. I am 43 years old and have mild learning and social interaction difficulties. I am autistic and have a rare syndrome (Chung Jansen Syndrome) that gives me some anxiety issues and obesity. However, I am intelligent but need some guidance in certain areas of life.
I would be grateful to find a person who could fulfil the following needs:
At Home:Give encouragement and ideas to keep the house tidy
Assist with ideas for weekly menus relating to healthy food and portions.

Assistance with Cooking and Shopping
Assist in developing menus for the weekly shopping and give advice where possible in cooking the chosen food. Give ideas to expand my choice of meals. Always keep portion size in mind.
Giving encouragement and assistance in food shopping, locally, initially going with me to build my confidence. To be related to menus as developed above turning them into shopping lists.
External outings
Encouragement to exercise and walk as far as possible from car to the destination (coffee shop, or whatever).
Formulate ideas to participate in social/sporting activities for people with less capacity. Attend initially, if suitable activities found.
Undertake outings as agreed to give social and physical benefit.
Social interaction
Make suggestions when I might say what may be classed as the wrong thing, to people who I meet and/or develop friendships with. I tend to rub people up the wrong way and not realise it. The successful candidate may experience this so a thick skin is preferable!
General Notes
In general I need support in the above with a view to developing higher standards and skills to take me forward for a better life.
