A young neuro diverse lady who attends a special needs school aged 18 is looking for a PA to support her to access an environment away from the family home. As a Pa you will be required to provide support in a range of areas including, but not limited to:
Support with behavioural challenges, provide reassurance and prompts around daily routine
To share interests in outdoor activities, parks, animals, swimming and open to other suggestions
To be able to fully support And accompany during the outings
Be strong willed and confident and generally a happy person
Support and guide when making purchases for food or toys etc
Looking for someone to be open to get to know me, to be understanding, patient, reliable and both be flexible. Able to start as soon as possible. Experience of working as a PA is not necessary but keen learner would be an advantage. If you are friendly, enthusiastic, motivated, caring a want to support a young person to help build a maintain independence, this is the job for you.

Hours are flexible but term time would either be a sat or Sunday and non term time can be a mix of week days and a weekend day
