We are looking for a personal assistant to provide companionship and logistics support in attending activities and classes.
The person for whom we are looking is in his 70s and is in the early-mid stages of Primary Progressive Aphasia. He is a sporty, active individual who particularly enjoys tennis and long walks. His mobility remains excellent, however he has difficulty remembering directions and recognising landmarks and destinations. He needs someone who could take him places and accompany him on walks and other leisure activities. All activities will be accessible by public transport or walking.
Our weekly requirement for an assistant is 2 sessions of 4 hours each (8 hours in total).
