Job Purpose

I am a vulnerable lady with a learning disability looking for a Personal Assistant to help me with day to day living as well as accessing community safely. I am relatively independent but need support with prompts and guidance on how to complete tasks. I am a very routine person and require structure in my days. I like going swimming, to the shops in the city and visiting the cinema

Person specification

Essential:

Honest and reliable
Caring and understanding
Friendly and fun loving
UK driving license and the associated Business Insurance
Female carer preferred due to the personal care component

Desirable:

Experience of supporting someone with learning disability

Summary terms and conditions

The rate of pay for this position is 12.38 per hour Hours and times of work:16 hrs weekly, usually Tues & Weds. Start of the day is 08:00 and finish at 16:00. The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks
