Job Purpose:
I am seeking a Personal Assistant to support me in my own home and to help me access the community. I would like to be able to cook a hot meal for my family in the evenings. I require assistance to access the community and participate in recreational activities with my family. I also would like support to maintain a clutter free family home and ensure I can use the home safely.
I live with my wife and 3 children (two of my children have additional needs). I enjoy playing airsoft and gaming.

Summary Terms and Conditions
The rate of pay for this position is 12.88 per hour.
Hours and times of work as follows: Up to 7 hours on a Wednesday.
The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
Access to free Care Skills training for employer workers.
If this job requires; Manual Handling, Handling of hazardous chemicals and/or Food Handling you will be required undertake annual training.
The post is subject to the following:
A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
Completion of a satisfactory probation period of 6 months.
