We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individual in home care. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for client through personalised care, ensuring client safety, comfort, and dignity. Duties
Assist client with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
Administer medication following prescribed care plans and medical instructions
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements
Support client with light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
Monitor and report on clients' health status, behaviour, and any concerns to family members
Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to ensure safety
Support client with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting and feeding
Manage behaviour effectively, involving dementia and Alzheimer's care.
Qualifications
Previous experience in senior care, dementia care, or care home environments is highly desirable
Certification in first aid is preferred; relevant training will be provided if necessary
Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and case management is advantageous
Experience with Alzheimer's, hospice, or heavy lifting tasks is beneficial
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed care Compassionate
