The Role



As a Personal Client Manager on the Onboarding Team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service to new and existing clients whilst driving sales opportunities. With your excellent communication skills, you'll be the first point of contact for new Norton customers, offering expert insurance solutions tailored to each client's needs. Your key focus will be onboarding clients, building trust, and ensuring their journey starts with a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver exceptional service across all client interactions, ensuring professionalism and accuracy. Manage onboarding processes for new clients, providing guidance and a clear understanding of their insurance options. Dealing with: New Business enquiries, Renewals & policy adjustments, Mid-term adjustments and premium financing arrangements, Client queries with efficiency and care. Review client policies regularly to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions. Drive sales by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products to meet clients' evolving needs.

What We're Looking For



Proven sales and customer service skills, ideally from a client-focused industry. Confident having open & engaging conversations with the ability to listen and steer conversations accordingly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive approach to building relationships and identifying opportunities. Strong organisational skills with the ability to think on your feet and address client needs efficiently. A positive attitude, team spirit, and alignment with our values.

What You'll Need



A minimum of GCSE grade C/4 in Maths and English. A desire to thrive in a dynamic, values-driven environment. A passion for building lasting relationships and delivering excellence.

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
