Join Our Team to Support Colin's Exciting Next Chapter
We are building a compassionate and skilled team of Personal Development Workers to support Colin as he transitions from hospital back to his family home. Colin is a bright young man with autism who currently uses very limited words and does not easily engage with others. This role offers a rewarding challenge for those with experience supporting individuals with similar communication styles and who see the challenge as a positive opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
Are you patient, understanding, and skilled in connecting without relying solely on spoken words?
Do you have experience supporting young people with autism who communicate in unique ways? Are you interested in world maps, space, or online games, and excited to share these interests to build trust and encourage Colin's independence?
You will be joining a supportive team, providing truly person-centred care, and helping Colin live his best life at home. If you approach challenges with enthusiasm and positivity, this could be the perfect role for you.
