Personal Health Care Assistant – Daytime Support

About the Role
We are looking for caring and reliable Personal Health Care Assistants to support a young adult at home and in the community. Experience is desirable but not essential -- full training will be given to the right candidate.
You will be part of a supportive and dynamic team, working alongside Ravi and his family to provide safe, respectful, and person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
Support with daily living tasks, including:
Personal care
Using medical equipment
Eating and drinking
Enable access to the community.
Assist with light domestic tasks.
Follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Willingness to listen and take instruction.
Punctual, reliable, and committed.
Caring and respectful approach.
Experience in care is welcome, but not essential - training will be provided.
