Due to growth the team is in need of a case handler who has a keen eye for detail and who will provide outstanding customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Manage your own personal injury caseload
To liaise with stakeholders such as solicitors and medical experts as well as the claimants
Apply and obtain medical records from various GP surgeries and hospitals
To co-ordinate and manage the booking of appointments for the claimants
Review and analyse medico legal reports to ensure it is CPR compliant and fit for purpose
General office admin
Personal requirements:
1-2 years' experience in an administrator role
Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is essential
Experience in data input
GDPR awareness and best practice
Professional phone and email manner
Experience with Proclaim is desired but not essential
