We are seeking a Fee Earner to join our personal injury team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dealing with personal injury and experience of handling their own caseload. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and a commitment to providing advice to clients . The Fee Earner will be responsible for overseeing case files, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Duties
Manage case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Conduct interviews with clients to gather necessary information for case preparation.
Working on OIC and MOJ Portal.
Draft legal documents, review medical records, provide written advice to clients.
Dealing with the Courts.
Possess an eye for detail.
Provide support to Solicitors.
Requirements
Proven experience in a legal environment with a focus on case management or paralegal duties.
Strong knowledge of personal injury and the OIC and MOJ portals.
Familiarity with Proclaim or similar case management software is preferred.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written materials.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
