We have a vacancy for a Personal Injury Fee Earner. The suitable candidate will run their own caseload of RTA / OIC matters and fast-track cases both MOJ Portal and non portal matters. You should be capable of handling your own caseload from beginning to end and have experience in drafting Court proceedings whilst delivering excellent client care and meeting realistic billing targets. This role will suit someone who has exceptional organisational and excellent file handling skills.

Required Skills and Experience

An ability to manage and organise your own caseload. Minimum 12 months' experience of handling your own RTA caseload-OIC / MOJ portal and non portal. Litigation experience. Excellent Time Management skills Capable of handling your own caseload with minimum supervision. Good technical ability and enthusiastic. Experience using Proclaim cases management system would be beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Dependent on experience with Bonus scheme

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-33,000.00 per year
