Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a dedicated Legal Executive to manage a diverse, high-quality caseload, working closely with a Senior Director in a collaborative and supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
You will handle a varied caseload of litigated intermediate and multi-track personal injury claims, with values ranging from 25,000 to 150,000. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing claims across Employer Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)
Conducting detailed case reviews, particularly in matters involving liability disputes, complex fact patterns, or rejected settlement proposals
Preparing cases for hearings, instructing counsel, and attending court when necessary
Delegating administrative tasks effectively and providing support to junior staff where needed
