Key Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload of personal injury claims (post-litigated, fast-track), primarily EL/PL. Progress cases from defence to settlement efficiently and professionally. Provide timely and appropriate legal advice to clients, ensuring high standards of service. Maintain excellent client care, communication, and responsiveness throughout the process. Work effectively to deadlines and in accordance with internal procedures.

About You

1-2 years' experience handling post-litigated personal injury claims (fast-track). Strong knowledge of EL/PL claims and relevant litigation processes. Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy caseload independently. Excellent client service and communication skills. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and time-management abilities. Able to work well as part of a team and using your own initiative.
