The Role

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Lawyer (Solicitors or Legal Executives) with approximately 3-5 years PQE, though other levels of experience will be considered. The right person will be able to take over a caseload mainly consisting of fast track and multi-track RTA files (a number of which will include credit hire claims). The candidate will be working within the Litigation Team with a group of experienced Litigators. There will be support available, although the right candidate will be able to work independently and manage his/her own case-load. The candidate should be commercially aware and be able to reach achievable bonus targets. He/she should have excellent communication and client management skills. There will be the scope for training and on-going professional development. The Firm is expanding in other areas and an progression opportunities outside the area of Personal Injury may be considered.

Responsibilities

Running a litigated personal injury caseload with minimal supervision

Extensive knowledge of the CPR

Good communication skills and customer focused

Experience of Proclaim is beneficial
