Personal Injury Portal Fee Earner

Salary: 30,000 - 33,000

Location: Manchester (Fully Remote)

Are you an experienced Personal Injury Portal Fee Earner looking to take the next step in your career?

Our client, a specialist PI practice, is seeking a confident and capable Portal Fee Earner to manage a caseload of RTA/EL/PL claims through all stages of the MOJ/LiP Portal.

Key Responsibilities:



Handling your own caseload of Portal claims from inception to settlement Managing liability disputes, quantum assessments, and negotiations Drafting key legal documents and ensuring compliance with deadlines Delivering excellent client care and maintaining regular communication Achieving monthly targets and working effectively within a remote team

Requirements:



Previous experience managing Personal Injury Portal files (MOJ/LiP) Strong understanding of RTA/EL/PL claims processes Confident in negotiation, liability assessment, and progressing claims efficiently Excellent communication and organisational skills Able to work independently within a remote environment
