About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled

Personal Injury Solicitor

to join our established litigation team. The successful candidate will have experience in handling a varied caseload with a focus on Employer's Liability, Industrial Disease, and Occupiers' Liability and Clinical negligence claims. General litigation and straightforward Criminalexperience desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. Deal with a range of claims including employers' liability, industrial disease, and occupiers' liability. Handle some straightforward criminal matters, such as road traffic offences and summary-only cases. Negotiate settlements and represent clients at court and other hearings where appropriate. Provide clear, compassionate, and professional advice to clients.

About You

Qualified Solicitor with experience in personal injury litigation (any level of PQE will be considered.). Strong technical ability and a sound understanding of personal injury claims and procedures. Experience of criminal work is desirable but not essential. Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
