Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Personal Injury Solicitor

Due to continued growth, Zenith Lawyers LLP are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join our expanding Personal Injury Department. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of RTA, Employers' Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Credit Hire matters, managing both pre- and post-litigation work.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor with at least two years' experience in Personal Injury litigation, seeking to take the next step in their legal career.

Working closely with experienced colleagues and team leaders, you will be responsible for the day-to-day conduct of your own caseload, including:

Managing a caseload of RTA, EL/PL, and Credit Hire matters from inception to settlement or trial. Drafting and reviewing pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss, and correspondence. Negotiating settlements and handling costs issues where applicable. Liaising with clients, experts, counsel, and third parties. Ensuring compliance with procedural rules, deadlines, and firm policies. Maintaining and updating case management systems accurately and efficiently. Contributing to the growth and development of the Personal Injury department through excellent client service and results.
This is a hands-on role offering exposure to complex personal injury matters and the opportunity to further develop your litigation skills within a respected, growing firm.

Skills & Experience Required

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales). Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in Personal Injury litigation. Proven experience handling RTA, EL/PL, and Credit Hire cases. Strong technical knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation process. Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills. Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision. A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach. Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,420.00-35,000.00 per year
