We are looking for an experienced
Personal Injury Solicitor (3+ PQE)
to join our expanding legal team based in
Bradford
.
This role offers
hybrid / remote working
, making it ideal for candidates based in
Bradford
or
Manchester
, with travel to the Bradford office typically required once a week. You'll manage your own caseload of Personal Injury matters, handling both pre-litigated and litigated files from start to finish.
Experience in
Housing Disrepair
is desirable but not essential. This position provides a genuine career path for those seeking greater responsibility, with potential progression to
shareholding
,
directorship
, and
compliance management
roles within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of
Personal Injury
files from inception to settlement or trial.
Handle both
pre-litigated and litigated
matters independently.
Provide high-quality client care and maintain compliance with SRA standards.
Support junior staff and contribute to overall team development.
Attend the
Bradford office
as required (typically once weekly).
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with at least
3 years PQE
in
Personal Injury law
.
Experience in
Housing Disrepair
(preferred but not essential).
Strong technical and organisational skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation abilities.
Confident working independently in a
hybrid / remote
environment.
Willingness to travel to Bradford as required.
