Personal Injury Solicitor

Liverpool City Region (Office Based - Huyton & Childwall | Wirral Office Coming Soon)

Role / Skill:

Fast Track RTA / EL / PL | Some Multi-Track & Clinical Negligence | Inception to Conclusion

Salary: Competitive, Dependent on Experience

Given the role is open to NQ and above, the package on offer will vary on experience but for basic pay, range will be between 38k - 45, plus guaranteed billing bonus of 5% of all billing. (minimum target will be required to make project viable). The current caseload and organic work generated consistently bills in the region of 200k a year each year. We are confident this can be expanded on with the right candidate.

We are seeking a talented and driven Personal Injury Solicitor to join our expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience running their own caseload to join a supportive, forward-thinking firm with a strong local presence. The role is office base as we service 'walk in clients'.

The Role

You will manage a varied and interesting personal injury caseload, including:

Predominantly

Fast Track RTA, EL and PL claims

A small number of

Multi-Track matters

Exposure to

Clinical Negligence

work (depending on experience) Running files

from initial instruction through to conclusion

, including negotiation, litigation, and trial preparation where necessary Engaging with medical experts, counsel, insurers, and defendants Ensuring full compliance with CPR, Pre-Action Protocols, SRA regulations, and internal procedures
This role suits someone confident, organised and able to work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Run your own caseload efficiently with minimal supervision Take initial instructions and provide early case assessments Draft pleadings, witness statements, instructions to counsel and other legal documentation Undertake liability investigations and quantum assessments Issue proceedings and conduct litigation where appropriate Work to achieve strong outcomes for clients with an emphasis on quality, accuracy, and client care Maintain accurate Proclaim (our firm CMS) records and comply with file management standards Contribute to team development, knowledge sharing, and best practice

About You

Qualified Solicitor

Willing to consider all levels from NQ and above. We are looking for the right candidate providing they have a solid experience in

Personal Injury

litigation Confident managing

Fast Track RTA/EL/PL

claims from start to finish Litigation experience essential Multi-Track or Clinical Negligence exposure beneficial but not essential Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work proactively, efficiently and with strong attention to detail Commitment to delivering excellent client care Case Management system is Proclaim; proclaim experience preferred.
