A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their Kirkby in Ashfield office. This is a unique opportunity to work within a dedicated Personal Injury and Litigation team, handling a diverse range of claims, including RTA, EL, PL, clinical negligence, and complex litigation.
You will be joining a supportive team, managing your own caseload, and contributing to the development of personal injury work within the office. The team provides clients with practical, client-focused advice and allows solicitors the opportunity to develop expertise across multiple areas of personal injury law.
The Role:
Manage a varied caseload of personal injury claims, including RTA, EL, PL, clinical negligence, and complex litigation
Provide proactive, client-focused advice and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct advocacy and negotiation on behalf of clients
Support the development and growth of personal injury work in the Kirkby in Ashfield office
Take ownership of delivering excellent outcomes for clients
Stay up to date with developments in personal injury law
About You:
Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE or equivalent personal injury fee-earning experience
Strong organisational and IT skills
Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
Proactive, collaborative, and personable
Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage a busy caseload efficiently
