Job description
John Whitgift Academy are looking to appoint a PLC Manager to join our academy in February 2026 on a full time, permanent basis.

As the PLC Manager, you will co ordinate the personalised learning support to promote the learning and welfare of vulnerable students and you will manage the PLC centre for the academy/school.

Our student numbers are increasing year by year and we are the highest performing academy in North East Lincolnshire and are in the top 4% of the most improved academies in the country.
