With over 220 leisure and cultural centres across the country, we strive to encourage everyone to engage in at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity five times a week.

Summary

We are seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team at Everyone Active. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping our members achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs and expert guidance. Your passion for fitness and commitment to our mission will contribute significantly to the health and well-being of our community.

Responsibilities

Develop personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs. Provide expert guidance on exercise techniques and nutrition. Motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals through encouragement and support. Conduct fitness assessments to track client progress. Educate clients on the importance of physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices. Maintain a clean and safe training environment for all clients.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology. Experience in sports coaching or personal training is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively. Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.24-17.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
