Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team at Everyone Active in Woking. Based in our state-of-the-art fitness centers in the UK, you will play a vital role in helping members achieve their health and fitness goals while promoting our mission of active living.

Responsibilities

Develop personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs. Conduct fitness assessments and monitor progress. Provide expert guidance on exercise techniques, physiology, and body mechanics. Motivate clients to stay committed to their fitness routines. Lead group fitness classes and workshops. Promote membership sales and retain clients through excellent service. Ensure safety standards are maintained during all training sessions. Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and certifications.

Qualifications

Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics. Proven experience in personal training or group fitness instruction. Excellent communication and motivational skills. Ability to design effective fitness programs. Knowledge of health club operations is preferred. Enthusiasm for promoting active lifestyles. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
