Key Responsibilities
Client Training:
Design and deliver personalised training programmes tailored to individual client goals, fitness levels, and preferences.
Conduct fitness inductions for new members.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and motivation to help them achieve their fitness objectives.
Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and feedback in a timely manner.
Business Development:
Actively promote your personal training services to members and visitors, utilising social media and networking within the centre.
Develop strategies to expand your client base, including offering introductory sessions and group classes.
Facility Utilisation:
Utilise the gym, indoor sprint track, and outdoor Olympic-standard track for varied training sessions, ensuring clients have access to a range of facilities.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of training areas before and after sessions.
Continuous Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Attend workshops and training sessions offered by Everyone Active to further your professional development.
Requirements
Level 3 Fitness Instructor qualification
Proven experience in personal training or a similar fitness role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
