We are looking for passionate and dedicated Personal Training Manager to join our team, and help us in delivering remarkable exercise experiences throughout our clubs.

Being a Virgin Active Personal Training Manager

Own the weekly PT trading plan, driving revenue, new client acquisition and retention Ensure smooth end-to-end PT journeys, from new member onboarding to personal training sign-up Lift session quality and consistency on the gym floor; support consults, trials and first-to-repurchase journeys Monitor member feedback, CSAT and mystery shops; recognise wins and address gaps quickly Recruit, onboard, and develop PT talent; run mentorships, workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions Maintain PT profiles, supporting visibility and conversion across club and digital channels Translate dashboards into actionable plans for penetration, productivity and retention Ensure all PT activity meets brand, safety, safeguarding and compliance standards Collaborate with Product, Group Exercise, Membership and Front-of-House teams to align processes and member touchpoints

Qualifications

You will need at least a REPS Level 3 or CIMPSPA equivalent qualification
