Personnel Coordinator - Survey

Omega Subsea UK is currently looking for a Personnel Coordinator - Survey to join our busy and growing team. This role is full-time and based in our Westhill office in Aberdeen.

The Survey Personnel Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of offshore personnel for survey projects. This role involves managing crew planning tool, coordination of logistics, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining up-to-date personnel records.

Key Responsibilities:

Organisation and coordination of travel, logistics, visas and any other such requirement pertaining to the placement of personnel to the client worksite. Maintain up to date records of Staff and contractor profiles, ensuring all personnel are registered correctly and ensuring all appropriate documentation and references are compliant with company requirements, including contact information, offshore certificate and next of Kin information. Arrange personnel PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required. Maintain project operations register and tracker. Support the allocation and maintenance of vessel rotas for Survey personnel across Omega Subsea's projects and vessels.
Experience:

Personnel logistics/similar role experience.
Personal skills:

Good verbal and written communication. Ability to multi-task, set priorities effectively while under pressure. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Good interpersonal and organisational skills. A high attention to detail.

Pay: From 27,000.00 per year
