Join our team as a Pest Control Technician! Cleankill are looking for a van-based pest control technician in the Woking / Farnham / Guildford areas with a great work ethic and wants to join our very friendly and successful team.

Key Requirements:


Full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points (essential) Experience in pest control is preferred but not essential - full training provided Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
Responsibilities:


Inspect and assess customer premises for pest infestations Apply safe and effective pest control treatments Advise customers on preventative measures Maintain accurate service records and written reports Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Job Overview

Cleankill pest control technicians are trained to inspect, identify and control pest infestations in residential, commercial, and industrial properties. We employ a wide range of methods, including both chemical and non-chemical control, trapping and exclusion techniques, as well as the deployment of technology, with motion sensor cameras and active rat bait stations, to ensure properties remain free of pests. Our technicians have a combination of technical skills, they offer professional customer service, and have a deep understanding of the products we use, common pest biology and behaviours, as well as all associated legislation. Our team provide reports to our customers, detailing levels of pest infestation and confirming the solution employed to effectively control the pests - customer visits/treatments will be a mixture of routine inspections to maintain pest free conditions and reactive/one off jobs, for urgent issues. Understanding the extent of infestations and assessing environmental conditions that may contribute to pest problems is part of their expertise, allowing the selection of appropriate treatments based on the pest type, location, and environmental considerations.
