Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires strong computer skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties



Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Manage incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally for both suppliers & customers. Must be familiar with the both Shopify & Epos now systems, creating purchase orders and checking stock levels etc . Assist with financial & accounting tasks such as Payroll & Pay & tracking Invoices as they come in etc. Organise and maintain office files, ensuring easy access to information. Utilise Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. be able to organise deliveries with suppliers and customers over the phone. Support the team with typing documents and anything technical. Experience managing social media accounts.

Qualifications



Previous office experience is essential. A passion for animals and a interest in the petfood industry. Proven administrative experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace, direct experience with ecommerce platforms specifically shopify is essential and experience with epos now system , but training can be provided for that . Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills is a must. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records is required. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
