Dog Grooming Assistant

to join our team.

What we're looking for

At least 6 months of customer service or retail experience

- cash handling and POS experience is a plus Some

experience handling or bathing dogs

(training will be provided for the right candidate)

Saturday availability is required

, with 1-2 working days per week overall A

flexible schedule

and ability to work extra shifts when needed

Availability to work 2 consecutive weeks between late September and early October

Your responsibilities

Assist the groomer

with dog bathing, drying, brushing, and basic preparation

Support daily retail operations

, including restocking, merchandising, and assisting customers with product recommendations

Handle customer enquiries and bookings

, both in-store and via phone or social media

Operate the till and process payments

accurately

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

for both pets and customers

Keep the store tidy and organized

, ensuring all areas are clean and ready for customers throughout the day

Observe and report any signs of health or behavioral concerns

in the dogs in your care Help create a

positive experience

for every customer and their furry friend
