The essentials
Hours:
35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
Typically this looks like:
3 full days
per week
8.30am-7pm
(days vary on the rota)
1 in 3 weekends

What a typical day looks like
Your day will be varied, lively and purposeful.
You'll work across two key areas:
1) Front-of-clinic client care
You will:
Welcome clients and pets
Answer questions clearly and confidently
Register new clients
Support existing clients with everything they need
Bring a smart, positive, reassuring presence to the front of house
This part of the role needs a
friendly, polished, proactive
version of you.
2) Telephony + digital client support
You will:
Handle calls and digital communications
Troubleshoot client queries
Liaise closely with the clinical team
Keep things organised, efficient and well-documented
This part of the role needs your
structure, momentum and excellent communication.
You'll also support:
Admin tasks
Team projects
Process development
Day-to-day clinic teamwork
Full training and ongoing support are provided on the job.
