Peter Millar & G/FORE International are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager to lead and deliver our acquisition and retention marketing within the E-commerce team. The role requires someone with strong analytical thinking combined with creative and commercial instinct, working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive revenue, customer growth, and marketing efficiency.
The role involves leading the performance marketing strategy end-to-end - from designing full-funnel digital campaigns to managing budgets, supporting team development, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
