As a Qualified Social Worker in Safeguarding, you will be responsible for a range of key duties including:

Assessing the needs of children and families, ensuring their safety and welfare.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including health professionals, law enforcement, and community organizations.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Providing support and guidance to families, empowering them to make positive changes.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
Registration with Social Work England.
Proven experience in safeguarding and child protection.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
