Key Duties and Responsibilities
To provide operational and commercial contract and performance delivery for the PFI Contract
To develop, implement and operate effective communication and contract management systems
To develop and embed strategies, policies and procedures to ensure key performance targets are delivered, that service is continuously improved, and that contract compliance is adhered to
To ensure that the PFI contractor delivers all aspects of the PFI contract
Ensure that all schools benefit equally from the effective delivery of service, under the project agreement.
To work in collaboration with DCC's Authorized Representative and other external agencies.
To provide quality management information and evidence in support of the contract management process.
To act as Client representative at all contractual and service review meetings
To write and present reports to a variety of audiences
Attend meetings on Sites
Qualifications / experience
Experience working at an appropriate operational level.
Experience in contract estates management, systems and compliance.
Successful track record in a complex environment.
Experience in achieving performance targets.
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to develop strong relationships and networks.
