About The Role:




Working Days: Monday to Friday 9-5pm




To ensure effective performance monitoring and reporting across the PFI contracts. This role involves assessing PFI performance across various sites, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing strategic support to the Head of PFI Commercial & Compliance and Contract Managers for continuous improvement and contractual performance efficacy.


The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:





Must have Right to Work in the UK An enhanced DBS will be completed for the successful candidate. + Knowledge of contractual and performance monitoring programmes essential + Undergraduate degree in a relevant field preferrable
+ Proven experience in auditing and performance monitoring, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
+ Experience of working within a PFI contracted service provision arrangement desirable
+ Strong knowledge of administrative processes, especially around month-end reporting and KPI tracking.
+ High level of IT proficiency, particularly in Excel and database management.
+ Operational understanding of all Soft Service elements
+ Experience in the management of change and continual improvement programs
+ Report writing.
+ Ability to develop and implement process documents and liaise with subject matter experts.
