Teaching Professional
, you'll be a driving force behind that experience, inspiring players of all ages and abilities to fall in love with golf and improve their skills. You'll bring energy, passion, and expertise to every lesson, group session, and casual conversation on the range -- helping create a welcoming, family-friendly environment that makes Lakeside Lodge the go-to golf and leisure destination in the area. You'll inspire confidence, create lifelong golfers, and help shape a vibrant, welcoming golfing community. It is also essential that you have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels. You will have an eye for detail and you will be responsible for ensuring that the business is in excellent working order and that any issues that arise are dealt with in a timely fashion.
Your Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Academy Programmes
Deliver engaging one-to-one and group lessons that inspire golfers at every level -- from complete beginners to low handicappers.
Lead and support junior, beginner, and academy programmes that nurture new talent and grow participation in the game.
Be an ambassador for learning and improvement -- on the range, in the shop, and across the club.
Golf Operations
Working in the Driving range to create a warm, professional welcome for every member and guest -- you're often their first and most memorable interaction.
Maintain an expert knowledge of equipment, apparel, and accessories to confidently recommend products and solutions.
Help maintain buggies and trolleys, keeping everything in top condition for our golfers.
Always uphold Health & Safety, company policies, and a professional standard of dress and conduct.
Be an active part of a supportive team that strives to deliver the best possible golf experience.
Charisma, an engaging personality with a passion for Golf and service
Ability to interact with all guests, and to have fun!
Strong organisational and time management skills
