We are seeking a motivated and friendly PGA Professional to join our Biggleswade sales team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in engaging with customers, providing excellent service, and supporting the sales process. Experience in golf coaching or teaching is advantageous, with a PGA Membership being key, as it demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their needs Provide detailed information about products, including features and benefits Support the sales team by maintaining product displays and ensuring stock levels are adequate Assist with organising promotional events and activities to attract new customers Handle customer queries efficiently, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance Contribute to creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere within the store or venue

Qualifications

Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching is highly desirable, demonstrating strong communication and motivational skills Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine interest in customer service and sales Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions accurately

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
