Join our dynamic production team as a

Pharmaceutical Process Technician

, where you'll play a hands-on role in manufacturing life-changing medicines. You'll operate and maintain equipment, ensure compliance with cGMP and EHS standards, and contribute to process improvements that make a real impact for patients and society. This is a

4 on/4 off shift-based position

consisting of 2 days and 2 nights (06:15 - 18:30 and 18:15 - 06:30).

Key responsibilities:



Execute manufacturing operations including component preparation, formulation, filling, and equipment cleaning. Operate and monitor process equipment, performing routine preventative maintenance. Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, EHS, and quality standards, maintaining inspection readiness. Accurately complete production documentation and support validation activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. Act as a role model for teamwork, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge, skills & experience:



Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing within a cGMP aseptic filling facility. Strong knowledge of drug product manufacture, equipment maintenance, and qualification activities. Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality standards.
