Join our dynamic production team as a Pharmaceutical Process Technician, where you'll play a hands-on role in manufacturing life-changing medicines. You'll operate and maintain equipment, ensure compliance with cGMP and EHS standards, and contribute to process improvements that make a real impact for patients and society. This is a 4 on/4 off shift-based position consisting of 2 days and 2 nights (06:15 - 18:30 and 18:15 - 06:30).
Key responsibilities:

• Execute manufacturing operations including component preparation, formulation, filling, and equipment cleaning.
• Operate and monitor process equipment, performing routine preventative maintenance.
• Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, EHS, and quality standards, maintaining inspection readiness.
• Accurately complete production documentation and support validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a role model for teamwork, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing within a cGMP aseptic filling facility.
• Strong knowledge of drug product manufacture, equipment maintenance, and qualification activities.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality standards.
