We're seeking motivated and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Production Operatives to join our clients modern, GMP-compliant facility in Sandwich, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment where your contribution truly counts.
? Your Role
As a Pharmaceutical Production Operative, you'll play an essential part in the manufacturing process - ensuring our products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:

• ?? Setting up, operating, and cleaning production machinery
• ?? Weighing, mixing, filling, and packaging according to batch records
• ? Completing GMP documentation accurately with a Right First Time approach
• ? Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
• ?? Reporting deviations and contributing to audit readiness
• ? Working collaboratively with teams across Production, QA, and Engineering
• ? Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation, and inventory management
• ?? Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and troubleshooting minor production issues

? What We're Looking For

• ? Previous experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment (essential)
• ? Excellent attention to detail and strong commitment to quality
• ? Physically fit - able to perform manual handling and lifting tasks
• ? A proactive team player with a positive attitude
• ? Flexibility to work on a rotating 5-day shift pattern (including weekends)
• ?? Eligibility to work in the UK
