Are you experienced in dispensary operations, pharmaceutical stock control, or medical inventory systems? Were looking for a reliable and detail-focused individual to take ownership of wholesale ordering, stock reconciliation, and supplier coordination across multiple sites within our healthcare group.
This is a part-time, flexible role requiring travel between Bottesford, Harlaxton, and Waltham on the Wolds. The ability to drive and access your own vehicle is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Management & Ordering:
Monitor, maintain, and order pharmaceutical stock across three sites
Check deliveries and reconcile stock with invoices and purchase orders
Perform weekly stock counts and manage returns or discrepancies with suppliers
Coordinate with wholesale distribution companies for timely and accurate supply
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure records align with MHRA, pharmacy, and wholesale handling standards
Maintain clear, auditable stock and ordering logs
Escalate supply or compliance concerns where needed
Finance & Invoice Administration:
Reconcile supplier invoices against goods received
Liaise with finance to address credit notes, returns, or discrepancies
Support record-keeping for audits and internal reporting
Communication & Liaison:
Work collaboratively with the central finance, dispensary and managerial teams
Act as the main point of contact for stock-related queries at each site
Raise procurement or financial issues proactively
What Were Looking For
Background in pharmacy, dispensary, or medical inventory administration desirable but not essential
Understanding of pharmaceutical logistics and ordering systems
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident managing stock and supplier relationships
Comfortable with manual handling tasks and ability to lift
Proficient in Excel and invoice matching
A full UK driving licence and access to a car is required
Desirable: NVQ Level 2/3 in Pharmacy Services or similar qualification
Working Hours
5 days per week, 4 hours per day, hours to be discussed at interview (20 hours total)
